Kenzo Estate's flagship wine, ‘rindo’ is a singular expression of the entire vineyard. An alluring mosaic of Bordeaux varietals assembled from diverse vineyard blocks throughout the many microclimates of the estate, the varietal components of ‘rindo’ are fermented separately in small tanks and aged in French oak barrels in the cave for twenty months. Blending these discrete flavors draws together the authority of the Cabernet Sauvignon, the suppleness of Merlot, and the floral intrigue of Cabernet Franc. Altogether, these elements comprise a harmonious wine with vitality emphasized in preference over brute power.
