This wine created from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, employing the traditional champagne method, and has sublime potential. A crisp and refreshing masterpiece. Delicate bubbles rise from the glass as you pour, with fruity notes of ripe lychee, peach, cherries delivering an invigorating freshness.
