Our very first sparkling rosé wine.
'suzu' is crafted from carefully selected blocks of Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon which are cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, subsequently aged for 27 months in bottle following the traditional champagne method.
